Born 1982, B.Sc and M.Sc in Geography from University of Copenhagen. Major focus of study has been physical geography and in particular ecological climatology and modelling. Master thesis title: Measured and modeled fluxes of carbondioxide from a Danish agricultural site - application of a "big-leaf" model to estimate flux partitioning.
The phd study focusses on the analysis of spatial and seasonal variation of CO2 and CH4 in different terrestrial ecosystems. I'm working with eddy covariance measurements and modeling of fluxes. The phd is not finaced by HOBE (but ECOCLIM), however I am working with the HOBE dataset and in close cooporation with people from WP2 and WP6.
